I was looking for a carb counter book with lists of food and the values for carbs, this Book dies not contain carb values even though the title is called carb counting.

It is a generic book that gives you general info by saying eat more vegetables, stay away from anything white, fruit is a carb. I was extremely disappointed in the book/5(87).
